For a hotel which was supposedly inaugurated in2018, this property looked deserted and dilapidated. It has certainly not been painted ever since it was opened. The exterior was so dusty and dirty, the approach road from the service lane was in bad shape, the hotel's signboard was faded and just about visible. Location:
located just about 50metres from the highway, a constant blare of vehicle horns assaulted the ears all through the day and night. Reception :
the glass entrance door was so dirty that we first thought we had reached a deserted building. Upon opening the door and peeping inside, we were shocked to find a huge black dog lying on a gunny sack. He wasn't even on a leash, but luckily he didn't seem to mind it when we ventured to walk in towards what looked like a reception desk. The man behind the counter looked surprised that they had a booking! apparently, the hotel hadn't received any payment information nd although i showed him the booking confirmation which mentioned that payment was made, he insisted that i call mm t to confirm. Only after speaking to mm t customer service did he allot a room for us. Room 101 it was. The room:
we walked into a fairly large room which had a decent a/c but which smelt rather dank. My daughter had to open a window for a while to let in some fresh air and that's when, while drawing the curtains aside, we saw the windows were so dirty and full of cobwebs. The bedsheets and pillows were obviously unwashed and had stains. We asked for clean sheets and the management obliged without any hesitation. For a room which cost us rs, just a bar of soap and two water bottles were provided. No kettle, no locker, no wardrobe ( the wardrobe inside the room was full of extra pillows and bed linen) the floor seemed to have been swept clean. The bathroom:
spacious bathroom, no doubt but never scrubbed after inauguration. The mirror was dirty. A bucket and mug and a footstool were provided; they all looked dirty. There was no health faucet and the toilet seat was stained too. Thankfully, the water heater worked well enough. The hotel didn't have anyone at the reception later, even during checkout. Some illiterate person made me fill up the hotel's receipt book when i asked for the bill at checkout. To sum up: i won't recommend this property to anyone even if they are desperately searching fir accommodation in nashik. My advice to all of you is to stay away from this property. Unless you want a black dog to welcome you.
