Hotel 's all eminities which is says in description all are false the hotel is very poor quality and its berthroom is just covered by a glass very nasty and low quality hotel

On reaching the hotel, they told us all the rooms are sold out, later on anyhow they managed rooms that was too on 3rd floor. I kept complaining about a broken tap at bathroom but it was not repaired throughout my stay. No lift. Less connectivity as it is at the mid of market and car/auto not allowed at the place to avoid crowding. Close to hear ki pauri ghat. Cleanliness okayish. Ac running good. However, behaviour of the staff was good.

Average, taps are leaking, doormat e is torn, no basic facility like soap/handwash, no tv only basic room with fan.

There is no parking facility in this hotel. But it is very close to the har ki pauri.

Pathetic stay...all given ameneties are not working along with the basic one like lift...given number not contactable, location worst, staff rude

Property location is perfect, but the staff is totally irresponsible. We have asked for towel several times they didn't provide us with that. The person who came for food order entered the room without ringing the bell as we just came back from outside. Thirdly there was always a foul smell in washroom, and they were switching off ac from their end on regular basis. Also we didn't felt safe staying over there as rooms were quite weird and the door of balcony was not properly locked.

No extra bed or sofa come bed provided to me, just a thin mattress put down on floor for 3rd adult guest.

It's very bad hotel. If u r with family don't book this hotel ever. Staff not cooperative and drinking water jug was filled by washroom tap.

Average stay. Good point is very nearest to Har ki Pauri.walking distance 5 mins.also nearest to railway station and Mansa Devi temple marg. Hotel staff are very nice & cooperative. it's a good economical stay. Overall good average stay in this price

Very good cooperative all the staff and nice to stay at hotel and also receiption incharge sachin who is very supporting during my stay and very politely speaking.

Small rooms and no room service was available. There is option of drinking water in the hotel.

Very good hotel. In prime location. Very near to hear ki pauri and close to the market. Rooms are clean and big. Ac was working well. The behaviour of the staff was very good. Very cooperative. Recommend this hotel.
