Review Of Hotel Nature Shield Lonavala

I am writing to share my recent experience at one of your listed hotels, and unfortunately, it has been the worst I have ever encountered. The hotel staff was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy while speaking with guests. Although the property is claimed to be a 3-star hotel, I would not even rate it 1 star based on the service and condition. The staff’s explanation was that 24x7 service is only available in 5-star hotels, which is unacceptable. Some of the major issues I faced during my stay: The TV was not working at all. The room condition was very poor, with damp walls and non-functional lights. Even basic amenities like soap were not provided at night, with the excuse that this is not a 5-star property. Overall, the property is in a highly neglected state and not worth the charges. I spent on this booking, and I feel it was a complete waste of money. I sincerely request MakeMyTrip to reconsider its tie-up with such hotels, as they severely damage customer trust and your brand reputation. My organization and I have always trusted MakeMyTrip, and I hope you will take strict action to ensure such experiences do not happen in the future.

The stay in the hotel was worse ever we have stayed in hotels till date. The approach road to the hotel from highway is not perfect. Check in time in the hotel is 12 we have reached around 12. 15 but we have to wait for 1 hour for check in. But taking so much time also they are unable to clean the rooms. The bathrooms are so dirty, it seems it was not cleaned last 15 days. The bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed at the time of check in. On complaining they have changed it in the evening. Taste of food items are not up to the mark. Generator not starts immediately when current goes off. It takes more than half an hour. Only one thing is good that the staffs responds immediately

The overall hotel was good, the stay was comfortable. Only a few things which were incomplete were the dth connection and the bathroom. Rest the pool was good. Also the restaurant in the hotel was not up to the mark.

It is not a 3 start hotel at all. Bed sheets were dirty, pillows were dirty. Windows were broken. No telephone to call reception. They have given number but it was always unreachable.

View from hotel room was amazing. Room was comfortably big and room amenities was in working condition. Food was good but breakfast options were very limited gaming area was under maintained. Overall experience was very good

Its a really decent hotel on the outskirts of lonavla. The view from the hotel balcony was exquisite. On one side was the great lohgad right in front of you and the lush greenery and peace all around. Would love to live there again on staycation. It was calm and even if it was peak summer we woke up to the sounds of birds chirping and the fog covered hills all around. Away from the busy traffic and commotion of lonavla.

The stay was very good also the staff of the hotel was very nice and kind. The rooms was very clean and service was also very good.

Bedsheet was not clean, dirty. Location was isolated. Food was bad.

No water in the midnight and room condition was terrible. Not recommended

The images shown are false, linen were not at all clean, AC was not working, balcony looked horrible, it did not look hygienic to stay there so had to leave right away after seeing the room.

Very poor service. Taking too much time to serve the food orders. Not properly clean. Bad smells in most of the areas.

Limited food options. Main door not locking, toilets dirty n water leaking problem, cockroaches in room.

Good service near to bhaje water fall

Good for friends to enjoy and party. It is not in crowded area. Exact opposite road from Ekvira goes to this place. Easy to reach. Three side mountains for trekking, very close to Bhaja waterfalls and Bhaja Caves and fort, approx 1 - 2 kms. Good staff. Good amenities. Family with kids too can enjoy for pleasant and peaceful stay. Rooms have small balcony. The staff can maintain it more better to make it feel as 4 star. Bathrooms and toiletries are clean and hygiene maintained…

Photos show something else. Booked the place for 2 nights, left asap after 1st night. Rooms are bad. Menu is a waste as almost nothing is available.

Property is good according to the rate. Staff is very good and service is good but food quality is not good. Food is average, rooms are also average. I paid 2200 for a deluxe room and i was satisfied with it.

The location of property is on the beautiful place. having a surrounded by mountains is blessings ❤️ With the location they serve us quality food also. Chinese cousin is delicious we found. overall experience is awesome
