Review Of Hotel Navjivan

Very duty Hotel & third class service... this kind ok Hotels spooling reputation & image of Makemytrip... I will share all the pictures & videos of my check in time & same time I have called to MMT executive for this incidence,

There was no amenities in the property. Bed sheet, sofa and doormats were dirty. Bathroom was unhygienic. Breakfast was not served.

Service was very poor and the staff was not polite, very rude behaviour observed.

They have shifted my room after the 2nd time booking and during luggage shifting, they forgot to carry some clothes like underwear. Behaviour was very bad...no one was able to provide help...so much disturbance.I am not going to book it again. this was my 1st booking but I was very disappointed.

hot water was not available soap and shampu was not proper tap 🚰 was damaged there was iron screw in wooden floor injured my foot 🦶 towel not provided on next day

Hotel is scrap, dirtiest, unprofessional people. Broken interiors, dirty furnitures, dirty bed, dirty towel
