Great overall experience good rooms but there was late check-in,had to wait an hour for the rooms to get ready.

The experience at hotel Navtra was really terrible. The staff is not good. The property wall was distrorted. Room service was terrible to for a single water bottle we have to wait more than half an hour.

I had a dreadful stay at the Navtara Hotel. The room was filthy, with stained sheets and a lingering musty odor. The air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room swelteringly unbearable. Staff were rude and unhelpful when I reported a broken showerhead; maintenance never showed up. The Wi-Fi was nonexistent, despite being advertised as free. Noise from the street kept me up all night, and the "continental breakfast" was just stale bread and instant coffee. To top it off, I found a cockroach scurrying across the bathroom floor. Avoid this place at all costs—it's a complete rip-off.
