Food quality of breakfast is awesome. Staff is very helpful. They should provide dental kit which is must rest all good nice location on main road but away from beach. You need your own vehicle if you are travel-ling for fun.
Its away from beaches but pocket friendly hotel. Clean and big rooms

Located in busy area, clean rooms, decent food, for some reason they recommend you to have food in room and not in restaurant, including breakfast. Reasonably fast check-in and check-out.

# hotel area is not good and not safe. They haven't parking area also. They haven't owe n kitchen also. # service staff is rude and disrespectful. # they forget our breakfast also. We called 3 times for the breakfast but didn't respond. # room is spacious and good. # ac's water leaking in room surface. Washroom is very dirty with bad smell. Washroom door's lock issues. Very very bad experience with this property.

It was a bad stay of my life after spending one room for one night. There was no proper dinner. The guests are taken for granted. The manager was not available. Staff is not trained for hospitality. Though breakfast was included in the package the staff initially hesitated to give as the restaurant was closed. But they have not said this. The breakfast was horrible which was procured by the hotel from a road side vendor. No slippers were provided. No napkins no water buckets. No glasses to drink water. No complimentary water in the room. We had to purchase mineral water everytime.

The rooms were not clean. The bathroom was so unclean and dirty that we could not use it. Water taps were not working. Room service was pathetic. The room was not up to the charge that i paid. Very disappointing. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Pathetic rooms, zero hygiene. Never ever go into this hotel specially with family and friends. Rooms are not at all clean and worst customer service by staff.

Very sad to see that property is poorly mained, customer are given substandard rooms, for the money we are paying, a. C, geyser, tv was not in working condition.

Hotel is not providing complementary breakfast before 10 am even though spent 400 rs extra for it. They will give 1 cutting tea or coffee with 1 plate poha or 2 piece idli or 2 vada. So very pathetic about food. Even they don't have normal drinking water other than bisleri water 32 rs each

The rooms were dirty and very unhygienic. We were promised better rooms (deluxe to premium) at an additional 2500 for two rooms but that was more bad than the deluxe. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant and they got food packed from other place and it was bland, taste was very bad, items were replaced and different from what we ordered. In the night cockroaches popped out, the linen on bed was used, the washrooms were leaking. The breakfast was charged but it was ala carte and not a buffet. Parking was also an issue.

Whoever is thinking about booking this hotel please think twice before doing so. Each and everything in the hotel was pathetic. Large amount of mosquitos in the hotel. Poor cleanliness in the room.
