Neither the food comes on time nor the room was good. The food comes in the room 1 hour after ordering. Even after complaining at the reception no one pays attention.

Manager and staff of hotel are really very helpful,though room is average, location of property is 23 km far away from amritsar- jamnagar highway. though we find hotel with Google map and it's on highway

1. Hotel doesn’t have any restaurants. Food to be supplied from outside. They charge for breakfast which supposed to be included in the tariff. 2. Blocked toilet. 3. Window aircons makes hell of a noise. 4. Stinking pillow covers. 5. In middle of the market, at least windows could have better insulated to minimise outside sound. 6. Non dark curtains. Market lighting all over the room. 7. Only very local tv channels. 8. Customer services next to zero.

It’s all good. Food is very testy and delicious and the place is safe for couples.
