Room was not that clean and the walls were dripping. Dustbin had paan stains in them. Telephone was not working, however they fixed it. However staff behavior was excellent.

Staff was good except a male receptionist. Female receptionist was very obedient and cooperative. Food was good. Remember, you will get what you strictly demand for, otherwise every thing will be gone into ignorance.

Locality of hotel is good. Food quality is very good. But staff behaviour is very bad. Bed sheet, towel is not clean their. I requested to change that but they denied many times.

Rooms were ok type, food was ok but kitchen staff was very rude. They served breakfast in rooms only and ask to order everything at one time. Washroom was having seepage marks every where. Overall rating around 2. 7
