Location was good but access roads were problematic, and the heavy rains during visit made it worse. Access roads are also hampered by the parking of other vehicles. Thankfully very close and walkable to the main road, since vehicles find it difficult to reach the place. Cleanliness and hygiene was average.

We reserved 30 days in advance and called ahead to inform about delayed check in. When we reached the hotel at 9pm, we were brusquely told that there were no rooms available! no explanations as to why they didn’t inform before. Extremely rude. After much pleasing, we were offered alternative accommodation in their marriage hall 6 kms away at kovilambakkam. In a way we were thankful, b cos the velachery facility looks extremely seedy, rundown and not meant for travellers. Stay away from nestle inn

Worst room for expensive price. Paintings on walls were pealing and with water seepage.
