Review Of Hotel New Chanakya Palace

Some construction work was going on MMT should check hotel before offer to booking. No one their full payment was done no option to cancel the booking we careful to such kind of booking

The stay and behaviour of the staff was comfortable and distance wise the hotel is very close to the temple

The behavior of staff was amazing. Jain sir was very cooperative. must visit

Property is nearby Mahakal temple but Room is not neat and clean bathroom was also very congested, wi-fi is good.

The hotel is only good for solo travellers. It is not good for couple or family because the room size is very very small. Moreover it lacks basic cleanliness and hygiene as well as amenities (e.g. hand wash, very very tiny wash basin, no rod for hanging clothes in the bathroom etc.)

Property location is inside the narrow street and difficult to find. Property is very unhygienic and toliet are dirty and broken. Rooms are also dirty and smelling. Sepage issue on walls. Staff is also very rude and not willing to help

No Toiletries are provided and there are holes in the bedsheet and no hygiene worst hotel

But not proper cleaning and services. Worst of money

I reached at hotel on time but the attende was slipping and even not awake till 20-30mins, and room was not clean. Worst experience. Toilet and bedsheet was stinking. I changed hotel quickly. Not to go even for single person.

Room very average small at dis price. They could hve kept hygienic at washroom. Whatever the reason for the late check-in they only say the check-out is 10 am only person dnt compromise.

Very close to Mahakal temple. Friendly and helpful staffs. Nice stay.
