I had an excellent stay with family staff is also courteous and also helpful. It is situated on the mall road hence easily accessible to nature and commercial establishment's. Highly reccomended

a good stay situated bang on the mall road and the hotel had lift facility to each room which was also another plus point as most of the hotels on the mall does not have lift facility … the staff and food was also too good .. loved the stay

Easy to walk from the parking complex. Fairly decent stay. Hot showers were a welcome amenity in wintertime. Heating facilities kept us warm & cozy. The best part was their property has a lift, which we r early find on mall road shimla

Stayed at a very nice location right on mall road. Comfortable clean room with courteous staff. From their terrace, there was a great view of hills. Overall it was a very nice experience.

Hotel new cosmos is a fantastic choice for families! it's kid-friendly, with attentive staff. The service is top-notch, and the food is delicious. Only con is no car parking but that is manageable as it is located very near to mall road car parking. Highly recommended for a hassle-free family stay!

The hotel location is just near lift and close to christ's church. The rooms are clean and super hygienic, which we like the most. The food was also tasty. In simple words it was a great experience and highly recommended

The hotel was not upto par with the amount of money spent. There was disappointing customer service, lack of amenities like body wash, shampoo, heaters in this weather, that are expected for this price range. The quality of the rooms were also not good at all, the rooms were damp the blankets were torn, there were also other blankets that had a bad odor, etc.
