Not cleaned bathroom, Broken bathroom taps. Tasteless breakfast. poor quality Torn and dirty beds, no proper lighting.

familyEven though book premium prices for this property compare to other near by hotels...got mouse in bathroom ...not hygienic...very bad bed...nothing was good ...even staff was not cooperative...very bad experience..not recommended for anyone ...

Location wise it's good. One can easily find out. Well connected with. Staffs are very well behaved.

Average hotel with friendly staff. Needs upgrading

soloFor a place as small and remote as Phalodi, its an average hotel. The rooms could have been better. The furniture etc. Need to be changed to more modern ones. Bedsheet needs to be changed when a new guest arrives - not done in my case. Staff was very friendly and nice.
