It's a lovely place to stay reasonable, very polite staff, good comfy rooms. Value for money. Room are very spacious and clean. It's located in dal lake. Food is also decent in this hotel

Hotel New Green View Now work from one room or else go to another hotel. I was forced to take a room in another hotel at eleven o'clock in the night. On asking for the refund of the rent of a room, the hotel manager said that you have booked the room online, in this regard, contact from there. Our experience has been very painful. After waiting for a full three hours, getting only one room instead of two and not refunding the booking amount for the other room, going to another hotel at 11 pm and looking for a room, has been a very painful experience.

The staff were very approachable and helpful. The suite was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.
