First of all centerly located very near to surat railway station and main bus stand, room size much bigger then compared to other hotels near by with all facilities like water bottles, kettle tea and coffee sachets, neat and tidy rooms with complete dressing every day will recommend to all my friends and families coming to surat. Last but not the least the best part is the gesture of mr taus-if path-an general manager at new platinum 9 hotel, always there to help and guide you to sort out all your queries and problems, great human being. One of the best hotel to stay in surat in your budget.

Room was good. Tv was smart, buffet was small but good. Parking is ok. Hot water is available, fridge is also available. Hangers and toiletries were good

Newly constructed hotel and is business since october 2023 situated at 3rd floor. Manager and staff at property are so cooperative and polite executive rooms are clean with all services at doorstep. Situated in the heart of the city. Recommended for family. Just 700 mts. From railway and bus stand. Other markets and tourists destinations are nearby

The hotel is quite well maintained, clean, good location, staff courteous and prompt. The entry is little confusing though. They should place a signboard at the ground floor entrance. Good value for money property.

The hotel is in a commercial complex at 3rd floor the hotel is good for business people for short stays room is clean and bed linin and towels are in good condition courteous staff. No restaurant at the property. Subject to order, they out source and serve
