Meets basic expectations. Nice location is in a good spot. You can try breakfast meals nearby apart from hotel options. Service is bit slow, can be improved.

The hotel nexus, at charbagh lucknow is very pleasant, neat and tidy. The staff is very polite and courteous. The rooms are very clean including the toilets. The amenities as mentioned are all functional. Overall a nice hotel and well managed. Stayed there for 01 day. Complimentary bfast is also gud.

Very good hotel

The hotel is located in the heart of city. Road is congested but hotel provides parking so it's not an issue. About the room - the room was clean and specious hospitality was very good food taste was very good.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places and i will come again this property please gyes come and stay. And enjoy our weekend with nexus hotel. I love this. And specially thanks for tha server. Who serve tha breakfast. Freakfast is very good. Thanks to all staff.

Good hotel and good location and very polite manager Mr. Agarwal always ready to solve all problems little traffic to reach hotel as flyover work is going on in the area where hotel is located. Yes, best part is food both breakfast and dinner so no need to search for restaurant.

Room is very spacious and clean. The hotel is very close to railway station. The behavior of the staff is very helpful and cordial. There is variety in the breakfast and also quality is very good. I highly recommend the hotel.
