We don't had any problem reaching towards hotel as it is within 3km from ujjain railway station. The condition of the room was better but wahsroom was little smelly. Hotel staff is cooperative.

Recently stayed at n fr international hotel and had one of the worst experiences. Despite booking a room with all facilities promised, the hotel failed to provide even the basic amenities as mentioned. The issues i faced included: no towel or hand towel provided no breakfast as promised no doormat or water no geyser, bath stool, tv, or work desk additionally, the hotel owner's behavior was unprofessional and uncooperative, making the stay even more unpleasant. The lack of basic amenities and the poor attitude of the staff made the experience very disappointing.
