I stayed at Hotel Niky International, Jodhpur in a Suite Room from October 27th to 29th, and the experience was well below expectations, especially paid for two nights. The overall service, food quality, and room standards did not justify the price charged.

The welcome drink, clearly mentioned in the itinerary, was never served.
The suite lacked basic amenities like a hairdryer.
The so-called “Suite” featured only a 32-inch TV placed far from the bed, making it practically unusable — not what one expects from a premium category room.

Ordered the Niky Special Thali for dinner — no cutlery (fork/spoon) was provided, and the food quality was poor compared to the pricing.
18% GST was charged on food, which felt excessive given the service quality. Even a simple black coffee at ₹96 did not meet expectations.
The breakfast buffet was the most disappointing part of the stay:
Cold idlis served straight from the fridge.
Sour curd.
Masala dosa without masala, even after two specific requests to correct it.

I would strongly advise against opting for breakfast here. As a business owner, I can confidently say that I would never book this hotel for my staff or future stays. The management needs to seriously address these service and quality issues.
