HOTEL NILAY RESIDENCY

I received a warm welcome at the reception and they co operated with me on my a bit early arrival at 11am(the check in time is 12 noon. Room service was okay, but most of the time the service lines like 444, 555 were busy or ordered stuff reached a bit late. But staff were all sincere, polite and respectful while catching them on the lobby. There was a brief period of power cut but it got restored at the earliest. Wi-fi service sometimes got disrupted. Tv connection is having few bengali news channels but renowned bengali entertainment channels are not available. Breakfast was included in the package but not of varieties or buffet like, as i asked for two boiled eggs but they said only one can be served. Otherwise, food was okay and prices are not high-value for money. Anyway, it was safe and secure for individual woman too and location is awesome, having so many eateries, gym, cafe, bar around. I enjoyed my overall stay at the HOTEL NILAY RESIDENCY.

This HOTEL NILAY RESIDENCY is in a fantastic spot. All kinds of restaurants, sweet shops, beautiful fountains, terrific sidewalk space ... I felt so comfortable here. Although the area is really busy in the evenings, I felt totally secure and safe. I never heard a car horn or any disturbing noises when I my room. everything worked, and I was cool and had all the amenities of home. I was surprised, but the restaurant called me each morning and reminded me of the special items available for breakfast each day. Just a few moments, and a gracious host was at my door with my complimentary breakfast ... hot and delicious. They even brought me a special tea pot and served delicious hot tea with my breakfast. Especially for the reasonable rates, I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else while visiting Bhubaneswar 😉

1) stayed at room no 206 and inside room plaster needs improvement. 2) adequate quantity of sugar, tea, coffee packets to be provided if occupancy is more than one, which is not happening. This type of minor requirements should maintain by default. 3) room freshener should be sprayed after cleaning on daily basis. 4) specifically after 23:00 hrs, service to be attended for additional water, food etc. 5) service of ac, staff is satisfied 6) quantity of breakfast and tea is very good but for improvement, variety items needs to be provided.

Very pleasant stay during one day stay. Staffs are cordial. Room neat and clean. Hotel situated at prime location. Sour-rounding are good. Restaurant is well furnished. All facilities are there. One can relax in this HOTEL NILAY RESIDENCY with out any disturbance. Cabs are easily available for visiting any nearby historical angriest place. Front office staff are cordial and they are very active and prompt. Respond everything politely. Overall very good HOTEL NILAY RESIDENCY to stay

While my stay at the HOTEL NILAY RESIDENCY was enjoyable, with comfortable accommodations and pleasant service, i found that there is room for improvement in the taste of the food provided. The ambiance and presentation were commendable, but enhancing the flavor profiles of the dishes would greatly enhance the overall dining experience. I look forward to seeing improvements in this aspect during future visits.

it's an amazing room arrangement, i really didn't expect this arrangement and it was really awesome, the room interior is very good. the room things are very nice and i am really commendable for staying and one important thing is the room price is really good and i am happy with that. thank you 😊. yes. the nilay residency is really commendable for my stay. thank you 😊.

Nice place to stay at. Prime location. Well behaved staff. Just one negative point i. E. Room cleaning is not done in itself u have to ask the front desk to clean your room and replenish your tea kit. Another is although the rooms as quite good and comfortable the washrooms are a bit dated which i think can be improved a bit. In all a nice and safe place to stay.

It was a good experience staying there. I loved the place and there ambience the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this HOTEL NILAY RESIDENCY for anyone visiting there

The room was good the with a good view and well cleaned floor and furnitures. The washroom was clean provided with there own shampoo and condition bottles with soap. Plenty presence of sunlight in the room. Good value for the money.
