The owner is quite cooperative. Staff is well-behaved and take service seriously food is great, and preferences in fooding is highly prioritised they arrange everything you require and that too at a well-to-do price. Must pay a visit to them. They would definitely provide service beyond your satisfaction

The hotel premises and reception counter is narrow, so social distancing is difficult, there are also require sanitize to guest and luggage at the entrance gate at the time of arrival, best hotel for stay in Manali,I like and recommend for stay here, but location is uncomfortable for vehicles, but there are free parking and driver room in hotel Nirmal chhaya, but not satisfied, at the time booking room shows mountain view in description, but hotel staff denies, so I stay in different rooms, finally commitment is poor, but hotel staff, services, clean, hygiene, satisfactory.
