I stayed hotel nirmal mahal many timesearly check in provide by the manager. very good service.excellence behaviour of all staff, specially the manager.

The stay was comfortable and fine...had a night checkin and it was swift...outside food is allowed and bathroom is fine too

Everything was very good , The room is quite good even without an ac you can easily live here ..the rooms are cool and receptionist very polite.

Stay was great and loved everything about the stay check in was easy and smooth. staff was friendly and helpful

The room is nice, it’s close to the metro station, and the staff are really friendly. After checkout, they let us keep our bags there and even provided a common bathroom to freshen up.

A good hotel to stay. Connectivity is also good, just a walking distance from the metro. Nice behavior of staff.

There was no amenities of food . Washroom could have been better as the taps are non-operational. Air conditioning system was not good at all.

The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to Nearest Metro Ramakrishna ashram Marg metro and New Delhi Railway station and local attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The service was prompt, and the hospitality made us feel right at home. The ambiance of the hotel is both peaceful and inviting, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Delhi. The hotel has a spring mattress which is too uncomfortable . it gave pain and sleepless night only.

AC not working, Bedsheets are not cleaning, Rooms are not cleaning .
