excellent place , very pleasent stay with good food and very helpful hotel staff

overall experience of the stay was good. the staff available is really supportive. Property location was also near to the points. And Food served was amazing. we really recommend to stay.

The hotel could have been with a better room. Location of the hotel is okay. Amenities are less, food could have been better

Not clean rooms or bedsheets. No parking in hotel premises, swimimg pool was not clean and no much food choices. Overall a so so experience.

It's not value for money and can't be rated 3 star. Rooms and dining are not as they look in pics. No toiletries in bathroom, no proper breakfast, torn and dirty bedding. Owners are very good but don't know how to manage as this property was under contract earlier and now directly managed. Not worth

All the bedsheets were full of stains. Towels were in terrible conditions. In the name of breakfast only poha was served.

Nisarg is an approachable location and newly built hotel and rooms are good. However, they need to provide hygiene products like soap, liquid soaps and tissue papers etc

I Travelled Here With My Wife & 8 Months Old Baby on 30th dec to 1st jan . Booked Standard Room since that was only available. Room Was Good( could have been better) but their other deluxe & super deluxe rooms were much better nd clean. Location is perfect in between Mapro Garden (3km from it ) to Mahabaleshwar road. Food Is Super Awesome, The Chef Cooks really good food from heart and very cooperative. Since i was having baby he provided us baby food what we asked for . The staff is too much cooperative, very nice . Home like feeling

So the location was good, surrounded by pretty strawberry gardens and breathtaking views of mountains but the moment you enter the room it’s complete disappointment. Bed sheets are not washed, worn out, room looks dirty. Food was good, if you take package they offer you fresh cooked food, thali types, more like home cooked food with less oil and fresh but not like restaurant food. Staff was cooperative and helpful

I stayed here for one night and owner is good well maintained. There no lunch dinner facilities if you ask him to order something he will order for you. Value for money.

This place is surprisingly good. I was skeptical due to the road that leads to it but there is a differebt road that connects to main road. Staff are friendly and helpful. Over all good experience.

It was a great hotel and had a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel as it is nearby all the tourist spots in the beautiful city of mahabaleshwar

Location is a problem. Nothing available around there. And no easy conveyance to near by city centre except for very expensive taxi or dirty st buses food was never available on time. Restaurant was not functioning. Food was brought from out. Bathroom not kept clean
