Excellent location: the property is located at the mall road, about 100 m from picture palace drop site. From there, we walked with our luggage to the hotel as we had trolley bags. Cars are not allowed on mall road from 5 pm evening. You also get porters to the hotel at nominal price. The hotel is actually located behind the restaurant where "north wood" is written. Externally, hotel doesn't look big, but inside, they have good helpful receptionists, courteous and helpful staff and very good rooms. They upgraded us to queen room with balcony on arrival. Rooms were equipped with heater, essential toiletries and everything you usually need in a hotel. Free breakfast was decent and room service was good too.

North wood, mussoorie is a good place to stay in the queen of hills. The staff is courteous, the rooms are hygienic and clean, and the food is decent. The hotel's location is also apt.

Hotel staff are very professional, all are very good in hospitality, breakfast was awesome specially ch-ole bhature. Rooms are very neat and clean.

Well managed hotel. Rooms are good, washroom neat &clean. Staff is very polite. Reception staff is equally polite and helpful. At mall road with excellent location. Food is good. I would request the hotel to keep normal tea bags also, as many of us don't like masala tea. Highly recommended for the visitors from my side.

The overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel for both perfect for a relaxing getaway hotel northwood provided the perfect escape during our trip to missouri. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the service was impeccable. Our room had all the necessary amenities, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The hotel’s location is great for exploring the local area, and we had a truly enjoyable stay.

Rooms were clean and spacious. This can be considered as a luxury hotel. At given price this has good amenities and services. They have courteous staff. This hotel is on mall road providing good location. One drawback is as cabs are not allowed inside mall road one will be forced to reserve coolies present there for getting their luggage carried and it is expensive. This is not specific to this hotel seems this will be for all hotels in mall road one suggestion is while booking this hotel online it seems there were two options one only room which was refundable another with breakfast which was non refundable, if room with breakfast can also be refundable it might be helpful for tourist to book this with breakfast

Nice hotel with good facilities. Staff behaviour is good. Location is also on mall road from where you can visit to many places in mussorie easily.

A 3-days vacation became memorable, thanks to hotel north wood. The property is gorgeously designed with beautiful yet subtle aesthetics filled with utmost luxury and comfort. The hospitality is welcoming and the food is refreshing. Located at the premium mall road area near picture palace provides ease to wander and roam around on the mall road and enjoy the local attractions. Parking is easily available with bare minimum charges. Taxi service and local transport is just next door. Thanks to hotel north wood for making our stay in mussoorie extremely comfortable and luxurious.

Awesome experience in this hotel. Very well maintained and clean. Nice and friendly staff. Delicious food. Nice hill view from the balcony. On the mall road, so all the shops, restaurants, cafe, etc. Are in walking distance. Overall, a 5 star!

Great place to stay with good breakfast as well as amazing rooms. Good view from balcony. The hotel is on the other end of the mall road but very close to the taxi stand barrel. Amazing shops near buy. The hotel is newly built hence the rooms and furniture are at its best.
