I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Nova Palm, Rajkot. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made the check-in process smooth. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. The location was convenient for both business and leisure, and I appreciated the proximity to key attractions in Rajkot. The food was decent, though I feel there could be a wider variety in the menu. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay....

budget but not suitable for family
My stay at this hotel was average. The room was clean but basic, with outdated furniture and an uncomfortable mattress that made sleeping difficult. It’s not ideal for families due to limited space and amenities. Staff were polite but not very attentive. However, the location was convenient, and the price was affordable. Overall, a decent budget option for short stays, but not suitable for comfort or family travel.

bad experience
Whole building smells awful,rooms are not upto mark as shown in picture, bad hotel in this price, one of the staff member was also rude, but food was good if you want to try good food go for it, but as for stay look for another option

The bedsheet was dirty and it had a bad smell, and the room was not cleaned either. not value for money

Terrible Stay
The room shown while booking as a last minute deal was not given and had to pay an extra 2270 for the night to the hotel. When I showed at reception what I booked he said you are correct,but the voucher I got from MakeMyTrip is for the deluxe room of rs 1258 only so how can I give the room booked - you need to complain to Make my trip - I had to literally beg him for the room and agree to pay extra 2270 to get the room

Nova hotel review
had high expectations from this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was not up to the mark. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and the amenities mentioned during booking were either missing or not functional. The staff was not very responsive to requests, and service was delayed multiple times. Additionally, the food quality in the restaurant was below average, and the hygiene standards seemed questionable. The Wi-Fi connectivity was also poor, making it hard to work or stream anything. Overall, it was not a comfortable or pleasant stay. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves the services for future guests. Average Stay
The hotel was good but they didn't allow the food delivery guy to deliver the food up to the room, there was a weird smell in the room, the bathroom was okayish the service is bit slow they don't allow visitors for just 1 minute also like they had problem with everything.
