Pethatic hotel, hygienic not maintained. Smell coming from mattresses

One of the worst stay ever. They don't provide any towel, bathroom door is very tough to lock. After i reach they do housekeeping in 2 mins only so you think what they do in housekeeping. They just sweep and mop only. Some-more in the room they have separated partition for kitchen.

This hotel is not for family stay, please avoid to stay here. Also requesting mm t to duelist this hotel from your cart

Stay was average, the rooms were kind of run down, there were no toiletries and there were stuff lying in the corridor which did not gave a hotel like vibe and synopsis

I have booked two rooms of 138 sq ft, and I got one room of 138 sq ft and one room of 100 sq ft. I have raised complaint but could not receive any confirmation from the management, since no authority was there, when I left hotel at 8.30 am. The attendant there promised, that I will get ₹ 300/. The hotel management could not provide hot water in both rooms in the morning.

The room was not as such shown in the discription, it was not properly hygienic, bed and bedaheet were unchanged as well no blankets were not clean

Hotel room is not clean & in room only bed not a single chair & sofa, mattress was just looking very dirty

The hotel was booked for one day. It had 500 extra payments for early check in. As well as rooms were allotted except for the rooms shown . In other hotels this type of room can be found in 700 which we have taken 1800. As well as any of the features shown online are not available. The rooms are also partitioned in the kitchen. In which comes the sound from outside. Not safe for couples.
