Room was very dirty with smell I will never recommend this to anyone ever

Nice room, Good staff, Good location, Important facilities are available...

illiterate staff, rooms and hotel are good, not providing breakfast on your time... but good hotel as per money

location is good but hotel entrance is not good. and rooms are congested from outside. you can get the continuous noises from surrounding rooms. someone from staff started watching reels with full volume at early morning 5am and that's where I got disturbed the most. Room was good but fan was not working properly. not recommended for long stay.

Facilities are avarage Cleaning washroom is not clear

first of all Cleaning is very poor, The mattress and sheets on the bed had not been washed. The bathroom is dirty. I always stay overnight at any branch of Nova Hotel Rajkot but this time the experience was very bad. thanks

Everything is good. Staff behaviour is very supportive.Need to work on some plumbing issue and aroma

shower tap has live current of geyser and sometimes geyser not heating water properly , room service is poor

Room service is not good. Behaviour towards customer should be improved. The room is clean, the toilet cleanliness and bathroom accessories provided needs improvement.

Very Nice to Stay. Hotel in prime location . Rooms are very Clean and Good. Staff Support and Behavior is Superb. worth to stay here..

- the property is just not like shown in the website. - room size is as small as the match box. - no wifi connection working. - they changed my room from 196 sq. Ft to 150 sq. Ft and played bad games. - if i could rate -100 i would have given the same. This is one of my worse experience i've ever had with nova properties. If i could directly give rating in google, facebook, instagram etc and share my review i would tell the cheapness of this third grade horrible property.

Very precious room and Good washroom , according to the rate it will be better option. Even family member also can choose because the service will be more precise. Thank you once again ☺️☺️
