Top rating given as this is by far the best hotel for stay in sitamarhi as far as location, property and food is concerned. Hotel staffs lack proper training and services need to improve

We booked room with complementary breakfast but amount pay of morning tea and only pane-er items available in menu so room is good but service is very bad and also breakfast cooking quality and test is very bad.

The hotel staff was rude they also did not arrange a stay for the driver after promising to do so also they disturb their guests with parties being organised till late night just beside the guest rooms.

Very poor service. Receptionist was not available in the morning while checking out. Continuous beep sound in the room 24x7. Complained to the manager but he was no help. Couldn’t sleep at all. There wasn’t hot water for 2nd person. Nobody was in the counter as already mentioned. Room is good probably because the property is new. Location is also very good.
