Cleaning on request only no daily cleaning, very bad rooms, pop broken water leaking problem on bed, toilet and bathroom was not cleaned

I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip but at the time of check in, hotel demanded money and asked me to contact customer care. Very dirty hotel and very bad experience.
