Very bad property to be given franchise

It’s a new property not yet ready to accept guests. There are no exhaust fans in the toilet, so the toilet was always wet. The geyser was of a 5-liter capacity and you had to wait for a long time to complete your bath. There were no dustbins in the room as well as the toilet. In spite of request, they could not place it in two days. They refused to give toilet rolls. There is no AC in the rooms and no functional restaurant in the hotel.
