Firstly the hotel charged us 1400 rupees extra for the room beside what we had paid on mmt. Secondly the rooms were not at all clean

No talephone, no calling ball and asked extra money for stay. Also windows glass broken, all the windows lock isn't the working condition. . 1

Firstly, we did online booking through MMT and even for confirmation I called up that hotel at that moment the hotel receptionist told us it's confirmed but when we reached hotel around 7pm the hotel charged us for the room by saying we are not accepting any of the MMT booking so at that moment we didn't have any other option rather than giving extra amount and staying over there because of the network issue we were unable to contact MMT.
