Review Of Hotel O Agrawal Inn

Hotel denied the check in at 10. 30pm. They said no vacant room fully occupied. They this is not our fault this is fault of makemytrip. They said ask to mmt. They said we have not received any information from makemytrip.

The washroom was very very dirty, staff was very aggressive, when asked to clean at the checkin time (4:30pm) they said that we can only clean it in the morning, even though we were just checking in, on requesting further we were asked to cancel booking. Even when makemytrip agents spoke with them they did not clean the washroom, the day after when i asked them to clean they said we can only do it at 4 pm when the day before they said they can do it at this exact time. So the washroom was not cleaned at all thorough-out our whole stay, they gave us a different room the next day but one person had to sleep on the ground on the matress which was very very hard, no toiletries were given even though it was written that we will be given toiletries on mmt. This is how it was at the time of checkin

Nice experience. Neat and cool room. Staff behaviour is also polite.

It was good everything was best except there was no power back up

It was nice experience, Best Room and staff,,free wifi and TV is not working as mentioned in Bookings. All over Good to stay.. 4
