Terrible experience with this hotel because the hotel owner is very rude he has no sense that how to talk with humans

On reaching hotel was staying that we do not accept online payment...how you booked online ? Then they were asking to pay ₹500 extra...inside room wash basin was not working...No room cleaning was done...TV was not working...Geyser was not working properly...Overall Bad experience

Hotel was far away from Jaipur Railway station...Staff & owner was not co-operative.. Wash basin was not working in bathroom...Room was not cleaned..There was no TV /WIFI...On arrival extra ₹500 was demanded...overall worst experience

Had a terrible experience at hotel. Despite booking and pre-paying through mmt, upon arrival, the receptionist asked on an additional 500 rupees. Leaving me to make repeated calls to makemytrip for nearly two hours without resolution. Ultimately, i was forced to seek alternative. Check-in denials by hotel owners are very common in jaipur especially during odd hours like midnight, i have encountered this issue multiple times in the city. Service provider companies must address this issue in totality particularly in jaipur.
