Hotel was pathetic. No cleaned rooms, no clean linen and unclean washroom. Had to checkin as i was checking in late at night

When i reached the hotel, the staff claimed that there were no rooms available and they could not provide me with a room. This was after my booking of hotel room had been confirmed one day prior to the date of check-in. After calling the customer service, i was told to wait for 45 minutes and then someone would call me to resolve the issue. I was stranded for 45 minutes with no where to go. A very stressful and disappointing experience.
