disappointed this was my first booking with i have listened many things about that only used for worst but when I see i will never go & never suggest anyone to go there . My booking was confirmed 8th-9th April & i already informed that I will be there 9th Apr around 6 in morning single person when I reached 2 people sleeping in reception sofa & I show my booking he said don't have rooms all rooms are full plz call OYO when I speak to OYO customer service the executive call the hotelier & sort out & allowed . The staff highle uneducated don't ask to sit the both people sleeping front of me. pathetic Rest I will share the pics everyone can see . The most important part when I entered the washroom worst condition
