Your app booking not accepted hotel management said, they collected 1000rs for single day extra person charge 300rs extra same time i asked another roommate he said 500rs single day, but unfortunately i paid extra, pols remove hotel name from your app.

Potty sheet was not cleaned, it was having yello spot. Also no shop or anything to clean hand. White towel became black due to many people uses. They need to trough it away. Tv only have tamil channels no hind i channel. So no entertainment. Bedsheet was also having dirty spot.

On arrival they said rooms are not available when i said i booked through mmt. Receptionist guy was very unprofessional. They told me they have one ac room on payment of 500inr extra, which was already a part of booking. Not recommended for legal customers. The rooms are also very pathetic. They say mm t is third party and why do they list it up here.

Very bad room and toilets not clean and also looks like room is already used and the person at reception didnt even have courtesy to clean the room or ready to clean total waste of money also asking money while check in

Pets allowed they have mentioned in rules, once we book they are rejecting online bookings at the venue and moreover pets are not allowed they are saying.

Check-in was denied saying that the booking was not there. OYO call center made to wait for 2 hours at the reception and did nothing finally.

The property was closed but i call support center but he did not give any response at moment. I ask for could you please refund my payment. But he was not giving my payment right now. Still. I am not check in this property. So i have choose another property. Shame on this service. I am very disappointed in your service.
