They charge me extra rupees. To enter. No soap. No towel. A very bad experience. Will never visit again

Unsafe for female traveller's. Was asked extra money at the time of check-in. Had raised an issue regarding the same with mmt, but it has poor response. As per their so-called sop they are supposed to give resolution within 45 minures but even allowing them 1. 5 hours, i has to pay extra money at hotel as it was quite late at night. Additionally, mm t service hp desk had continuously asked for the same set of proof for 10 straight days and still couldn't resolve the issue at hand. I really felt mentally harassed by the mm t team.

Ghtiya hotel with dirty rooms. The wall and toilet were very dirty. The reception person was also not good

The hotel was in the second floor and there was no elevator. Since, I was shifting cities, I had a lot of luggage. But there was no helper at the hotel to help me with my luggage. So I had to carry all my belongings all the way to and from second floor without an elevator. Next, I had opted for the stay with breakfast. I was told that the kitchen was closed since last year. So breakfast was not served to me. Second harassment for me. I want a refund of the amount that I had paid extra for the breakfast.

This is the worst hotel of my life till now, the ac leaks water, they even have not a provided a mug in the toilet, dirty bed, it was the worst that can be.
