The hotel was shabby, they did not have the keys to my room. They aldo said the the keys of multiple was apparently missing. The room was dirty, the bedsheets had lost colour. The room also did not have any ventilation. It was so bad i had to change to another hotel in the evening and fid not ask for a refund.

Terrible experience. I booked the hotel on the basis of >4 rating but i think its totally false. They are not following good hygiene. The room was full of smoky smell. I booked deluxe room but they say they have only small room. No food facility. Noise is too much. The hotel is on 3 floor no working lift. They just make excuses on each complain
