Location of hotel is very good near Dharamshala stadium and war memorial. Good restaurant facility. Staff is very pleasant. Free cloakroom is available.

Difficult for old people to clim

The location of the hotel is very good but the property is a very old one with many internal changes as a result of which sometimes different things malfunction as happened in our case where the toilet flash was not working properly but the service of the hotel was very good so definitely can recommend to stay and it is only about 1. 5 km away from the bus stand from where the ropeway starts

Worst stay ever!

Room was not so good but the worst thing was manager's behaviour. He was rude and annoying one. We were also not provided with soap and towel or any other thing. No one picks up the call at night in case of any emergency. Couples must avoid staying in this Hotel or you'll be judged by the manager. Not suitable for unmarried couples.
