Room condition was not good, no door lock was there and tv not working bathroom condition was also not good

Cleanliness was not good, lift was problematic, ac was shutting down frequently, bedsheets were dirty. U dis were on the bed.

My stay was absolutely terrible. Firstly they denied my stay. Then the room they gave was horrible, it had spit marks everywhere. The ac was broken. The washroom had no water supply, worst of all, they had cockroaches everywhere.

booked classic room and they that no ac in classic room but mentioned that ac in classic room. but they totally denied and rs 700 extra asking to pay for ac room.
