They gave my room to someone else. My check in was at 12 if the room is already book how can they give it to someone else if the person is arriving late. I reached at 4 and i have to wait for 1 hour to get the room.

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed. There is no wifi. The tv is not in working condition. Unhygienic room and bathroom. No remote control for airconditioner. At night lift was closed.

the only good thing about the hotel is its location. other wise- 1. small room 2. no towel 3. mini soap in the name of toiletries 4. no remote for ac 5. stained bed sheet 6. Taps not working properly

First of all, as per makemytrip there will be breakfast included as per my booking but hotel denied for this. The room was spelling very badly, there were some cockroach on the bed, also some water drop was dropping from the roof top to the bed. If there was a option of 0 rating then i give this rating to the hotel. A very very bad experience with the hotel.

Delight inn is a very terrible hotel. I was not given room until 1 am on 26th august while booking was done in evening 25th august. Even room was in poor condition, specially bathroom. I am sending picture of washroom. This was the bathroom. I am very much disappointed from this hotel services. They behaved rudely and gave worst room to me

Delight inn very bed hotel. Dont serve breakfast. Delight inn hotel is very dirty and bad hotel, i will never book. Breakfast was never given, took money by paying 30 rupees for water, took tea for 50 rupees.

Very bad condition of the hotel, very dirty, won’t recommend anyone’s
