It has great cleanliness, comfort, location & surroundings. No any noise around it. Best hospitality in Nagpur I think.

Small Room with dirty washroom. Not at all recommended. Service was terrible. Overall a bad experience.

When i arrived at the hotel the hotel refused to accommodate me. Said the room you booked is not available. And then i paid 500 rupees extraa for a room

Baht hii ghatiya service hai staff ko bilkul bhi bat karne ki taameez nahi hai check in k jao to apna jo room book kiya hai wo available nahi hai extra paise le let e hai customer se, mein ye review padne walo ko suggest karunghi ki agar ye log free me room offer kare to ya-ha booking na karee baht hi 3rd class ka hotel hai

The asked me more cost than i what has shown when i refuse and booked and shown my booking they kept me waiting for 30-45 minutes worst experience of my life

Good but if a person wants to get fresh does he/she need to carry a Towel or Soap because in OYO I didn't find better to book other hotels if you want to stay for more then 1 day and for some hours it's good

Rude behaviour of staff, need very much follow up for anything like water, plates & everything. One has to follow up for services which has been mentioned in booking.

The owner was rude. Toiletries were not provided. Overall the service was poor. Room were not clean.
