First they did not allow me to checking due to price issue and then forcing me to book offline or check with customer care if mmt will pay them extra amount then only they will allow check in.

Greedy Hotel did not let me check in because the room rate at which I had booked through make my trip was not acceptable to them. They refused a room until more payment was made. Rooms are okay. Not very hygienic or clean.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever! Maine yahan ek din ke liye stay kiya tha, aur sach kehna toh yeh ek bura experience tha. Hotel ki pricing dekhe bina isko mat book karo, bilkul bekar hai! Jo photos pe diye gaye the, woh bilkul misleading hain. Room itna ganda tha, safai ka koi naam nahi tha. Washroom toh bilkul bhi usable nahi tha, sulabh sochalaye bhi better hote hain. Mujhe lagta hai ki room mein kuch surveillance camera tha, jo kaafi suspicious tha. Aur sabse bura yeh tha ki jab main room mein nahi tha, mera ek saman gayab ho gaya! Jab maine hotel staff se baat karne ki koshish ki, toh unke paas customer service ki koi tarbiyat nahi thi. Jitendra Kumar Singh aur uska co-worker dono hi bilkul uncivilized the. Naam tak batane mein dar rahe the. Yeh hotel ek bekar ghar jaisa lagta hai jise hotel bana diya gaya hai, aur kisi tarah ka professional environment nahi hai. Book karne ke baad, agar koi complaint karni ho toh OYO helpline pe jaana padta hai, jo ki aur bhi frustration badhata hai. Don't waste your money on this so-called hotel!
