Worst experience ever, i am not going to book hotels ever again. At first they denied giving me the room saying it was full. After arguing with them for 15 mins he asked me to wait till he works something out after about 30 mins of my arrival he says that i have to pay additional rs. 250 so that he can give me a room. I opposed it but he kept on repeating the same thing, i had no choice but to pay and get access to the room. The room was ok, but no soap no hot water toilet was not clean toilet door wouldn't lock no sealed water bottle i managed with everything but to my surprise, he knocked at the 7:30am asking me to check out because it was booked online, i had to argue with him again to let me stay till 10 at least. I checked out at 10:25am, disappointed and unhappy sitting at their reception area

Such a horrible experience at this hotel. After booking confirmation they said they don’t have rooms and asked to pay extra rs. 1500 and they can allot one room. Because it was late night we didn’t have any options and took the room by paying extra money. Fraud people and management. While staying there we saw they are doing the same to another 3 to 4 people who came there after booking confirmation. Should blacklist this hotel.

- bad ac - tv is only showing kannada language channels - uncooperative staff fist of all when we checked in, our booking was for 3 persons, they gave us only two bad even we have already applied for 3 persons. The room was small dirty towels no any cosmetic or bathroom essential available geezer is now working staff were uneducated during our check out they trying to explain us that out booking have only 2 person instead of 3 we show out tickets but they were not ready to understood for it.

Property pp l does not cope-rate if u book through mm t they ask you book directly, but it was an average stay
