They charged extra then what i paid to mm t for the booking. Also basic amenities like water was not provided. Secondly the towel given to me was not in good condition.

Other than the bed area, everything was in a dilapidated condition. The taps seem to have gathered scales for months altogether. Water supplied is unfit for any purpose. No extra amenities as assured were provided (not even potable water, towels, toiletries etc)

Extra payment 500 and stay another hotel. Make my trip fake facilitates. No stay booking hotel stay another hotel and extra charge 500. Why?
