The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting ahmedabad. Overall, i had a great experience with the staff which was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great.

The atmosphere of the hotel was great, but in mmt the location of the hotel is located somewhere else! although it was a good stay!

Rooms were nice but the only problem was the staff was not very cooperative and the biggest problem faced was that its location is not mentioned correctly in maps which made it difficult to exactly locate where the hotel was

Worst stay ever firstly the owner denied check in saying we dont accept mmt booking, than asked for extra money of 1750, even keep debating at high volume. And after mmt complaint they gave me room after waiting of 1 hour. Behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. Dont go by any chances.

The hotel manager was rude and refused to checkin at the arrival of hotel. He told to call oyo and ask for refund or else pay rupee and there were no amenities.

I had the worst experience with the hotel exotic inn where i was denied check in at first and after making a complaint on customer care the hotel manager gave me a room which is their store room. When i complained about it he started shouting at me and asked me to check out. This is a racist activity which he did. I didn't like to stay there so i checked out immediately.
