They asked me to pay rs 790 more after paying which i had already paid online ac was working no dustbin in room shower wasn't working washroom was not clean overall they have their own rates of booking its not valid rates on online apps so just confirm the buking price through hotel itself before arriving there or face the problms rather.

No soap, no water in wash basin, room not cleaned, tv not working, room keys provided after multiple requests, bedsheet torn, were forcing to cancel booking and book from them directly, tv remote broken, neither manager, nor staff were wearing facemasks, no handwash

No respect for guest. Even staff does not know how to talk with customer and he offer me store room in hotel. Ask me for cash amount if i want good room even i have paid my rent by app.
