Terrible Stay

My stay was not comfortable. It is not hotel, even dharamshala provide better facility than it. Somehow i managed three days terribly as it was non refundable. Rooms was in very bad condition please remove it from your hotel list. I thought mmt would have verified it that's why i have booked it.

After booking confirmation room not provided they told fake booking

After confirmation checkin not done by hotel even said fake booking. We have face much problem to find other option after that they not responding over phone and customer care. Very worst after cancellation money not returned
