Bed experience first time in life with makemytrip hotel booking

No electricity, no water and mentally and physically so stressed full night at hotel, my whole family suffering bad time in this hotel, i never book hotel with you make my trip if i don't got justice for this booking, totally bad and misbehaving staff of hotel and no any reserving and accommodation to us, not cooperating staff i want to do legal process against makemytrip
