Hotel was neat and clean. Room size and bathroom size was good. Water filter was installed. They provided me facility to keep my luggage till evening after checkout. However room cleaning was not done everyday as i stayed for 3 days. I liked the hotel for it's location as it was close to victoria memorial metro station.

Receptionist asked extra money for staying it shows wrong price and asked extra amount for staying. And they charged for water bottle also.

Terrible, the worst hotel i have ever faced in my life. The manager is rude and busy playing games without attending the customer. Moreover, he forcefully charged me 330 rs extra for the room

As we booked the hotel on make my trip app by paying all the amount which was shown by make my trip app with charges. While checking in to the hotel the hotel management was collecting extra money almost equal amount which i paid at the make my trip app
