Review Of Hotel O Happy Stay

I booked ac classic room. Day 1 the ac rooms were unavailable so they told me to adjust in a non-ac room. Next day i had to call mm t helpline to change my room. Day 2 after i changed my room, the room i was given was so dirty, even the sheets were not cleaned neither the floor was mopped. The washroom was unimaginable. I told them to clean it which they did after half an hour. Till then i had to resort in that stinking room. Day 3 i was told to adjust in another room because they got a new guest to which i refused. Day 4 in the morning the water was not coming. On complaint all the staffs were saying they are new and they don't know from where to start the motor. I had to go out without using bathroom. The hotel doesn't have power backup, neither do they have drinking water facility. The worst hotel of my life till date.

The rooms were not ready when we arrived at the hotel at 10. 30pm. We were finally given 2 rooms but the bathrooms were dirty and filled with cigarette butts. They did not have staff to clean it either. We were then asked to move to a non-ac room and were finally told that there is no water in the bathroom and water will be arranged in the morning. Absolutely horrendous service and we finally had to leave the hotel and book another hotel for the night
