Unhygienic place with bad staff. They don't listen your queries and there no housekeeping no buddy is at the reception

I travel-led 350km to pune. I was about to reach late at night so i booked this hotel but when i reached at flagship happy stay i was told that they have no room available. I again checked hotel was still on list. U people are running a scam and that's hilarious. I would never choose mm t again.

The hotel demanded additional money from me as they don't want to accept the room booking at the low cost displayed on mmt. The rooms were pathetic, uncleaned & full of cockroaches. Very unhygienic. Since i refused to pay additional money demanded by them, they did not offer me the basic amenities such as towel, soap & water.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience as the hotel manager did not accept our booking saying fare that we had done the booking is very less and also gave reason that rooms are not available. We had to search for another hotel in the mid night. Highly unprofessional. Very poor customer service from OYO also.

Not at all well maintained. Everything is dirty and filthy. Walls to bedsheets to tubelight, everything is either broken, dirty or stained with paan. Had to move out of the hotel as soon as we entered the room.

Bad experience and very unhygienic

Bathroom was pathetic with all hairs cornered in one side, western pot full of dirt n bed was full of stains n hairs. Whole room was dirty n waiter was not even bother to clean the room before handling keys to customer. Most e imp is address is very confusing n not at all updated in google map. What a bad experience, it took 2hours to reach the address. Bad location
